It gives me immense pleasure to see Franklin College of Education growing stronger with every passing year. The website of the college, designed with dedication by Mr. Muneer Ahmad Dar, beautifully reflects our vision, infrastructure, and achievements. It stands as a testimony to our commitment to quality education and continuous progress.

From its inception, the college has been devoted to providing quality teaching, training, and professional development. Our staff, with sincerity and passion, work tirelessly to shape learners into future educators who are not only skilled but also deeply responsible towards society.

Under the dedicated leadership of Mr. Hilal Ahmad Dar, the institution has become a dynamic hub of learning and innovation. Inshallah, with the same spirit and teamwork, the college will continue to move forward by leaps and bounds, creating new benchmarks in teacher education.

The trustees and management have been pillars of strength in this journey. Their tireless efforts and unity of purpose have transformed the college in a short span into an institution of repute.
